The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

• "Company" (referred to as "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to IndusX, operated at indusx.vercel.app.
• "Service" refers to the IndusX website and platform — an invite-only private founder directory and network accessible at https://indusx.vercel.app.
• "You" means the individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
• "Account" means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
• "Member" means a person who has been granted access to the IndusX network by invitation and approval from the IndusX team.
• "Content" refers to any text, information, data, images, or other material submitted to or displayed on the Service.
• "Device" means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cell phone or a digital tablet.
• "Third-party Service" means any services or content provided by a third party that may be displayed, included or made available by the Service, including Google OAuth.
• "Country" refers to India.

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

You represent that You are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company. Our Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your personal information when You use the Application or the Website and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

IndusX is a closed, invite-only network. Access is granted solely at the discretion of the IndusX team. Submitting an application does not guarantee membership. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application without providing a reason.

When You create an account with Us (via Google Sign-In), You must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding Your account and for all activities that occur under Your account.

You agree not to share Your account access with any other person, or allow any other person to use Your account. You must notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your account.

You may request deletion of Your account at any time by contacting Us at gauravnambiarstorage2@gmail.com. Upon account deletion, Your profile will be removed from the directory and Your data handled in accordance with Our Privacy Policy.

As a Member of IndusX, You agree to use the Service in a manner consistent with its purpose as a professional founder network. You agree that You will not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Misrepresent Your identity, affiliation, or professional background.
• Harvest or scrape contact details, emails, or profile information of other Members.
• Spam, cold-pitch, or solicit other Members without their prior consent.
• Share, sell, or transfer access credentials or directory information to third parties.
• Upload or transmit any viruses, malicious code, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Service or its related systems.
• Use the Service to promote competitors or alternative founder networks.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service.
• Post content that is defamatory, offensive, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable.

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by You or other Members), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of IndusX and its licensors.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.

By submitting Content to the Service (such as profile information, posts, or other material), You grant Us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute such Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that You own or have the necessary rights to submit the Content and that the Content does not violate any third-party rights.

The IndusX founder directory — including all profiles, tags, and categorisations — is the proprietary database of IndusX. Scraping, exporting, or reproducing the directory in whole or in part, by any means, is strictly prohibited.

Our Service uses Google OAuth for authentication. By signing in with Google, You are also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We encourage You to review Google's policies.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by IndusX. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.

We strongly advise You to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party sites or services that You visit or use.

We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We reserve the right to remove Your profile from the directory and revoke Your membership at Our sole discretion, including for inactivity, community violations, or misrepresentation.

If You wish to terminate Your account, You may simply discontinue using the Service and contact Us to request deletion.

The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free.

IndusX does not verify, endorse, or take responsibility for any content posted by Members, or for any interactions, transactions, or agreements entered into between Members. You engage with other Members entirely at Your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means some of the above limitations may not apply. In these jurisdictions, each party's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the Service or the use or other dealings in the Service.

The laws of India, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Service may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company at gauravnambiarstorage2@gmail.com. We will attempt to resolve all disputes within 30 days of receipt of the complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 14 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
